There are many kinds of operations and procedures which can improve our body in terms of visual aspect. This includes hair transplant (زراعة الشعر), which is already a big issue for those who are willing to improve their hair volume or simply rejuvenate the area in which they have hair loss. Many can ask the question if this is a one-time operation or a long-time session. To address that question, the transplant’s result is permanent. Therefore, the areas in which you have your transplant have permanent roots for its hair follicles. But, you can always have the transplant in your other part of the body if you want to.
Process for the transplant:
- First, the process of hair transplant involves the preparation for the process itself. The hair follicles from other parts of the body would be prepared for the transplant process. So, identification of the “donor” area is important to initiate the procedure.
- Next, the area of your body where the hair follicles will be “harvested” is readied by injection of anaesthesia. After, surgery is commence to remove them
- Next, the “harvested” hair follicles are further processed. This is where the technicality enters. So, basically, the follicles are prepared so that it can be transplanted to the desired area.
- Next, the surgery would move to the desired are. Therefore, it would be cut so that the hair follicles from the “harvested area” can be transplanted.
- Lastly, the cut made to insert the transplant would be closed. But they will not be healed the moment you close them. It will naturally heal for a couple of days.
Again, is it really a one-time process?
The transplant is a process where you will permanently fix something that naturally can be a part of the body itself. Therefore, it can really be permanent with the right process and physician.
